SPEAKING

Keynote addresses. Panel interviewer. Master of ceremonies. Panelist. Guest speaker.

Through the power of honest and authentic storytelling, i strive to inspire innovation and motivate change.

In my presentations, I draw on my 20+ years experience working in multidisciplinary teams, large corporate organisations, as a female founder of a consultancy business and as the Chairperson for Women in Technology (WiT).

My expertise ranges from digitisation, innovation, people and culture. I talk about operational and transformational change within an organisation and how to deal with these changes effectively.

My audiences ranges from large organisations of 7000+ to smaller organisations of 110+. I’ve worked with corporate, not-for-profit, and government organisations, as well as university student cohorts. I am also a professional workshop facilitator.

What do I speak about?

  • Practical ways to stay grounded, focused and adaptable as work and technology evolve.

Drawing from her life across two countries, leadership in digital transformation, and experience coaching hundreds of leaders, Iyari shows how real resilience is built through everyday habits, not grand gestures. She breaks down how to manage change without burning out, stay steady in high-pressure environments, and navigate constant shifts in how we work. Audiences learn simple tools to regain clarity, reduce overwhelm, and turn uncertainty into opportunity.

  • How to lead with purpose, communicate clearly and make decisions that move people forward.

Blending her entrepreneurial journey with her governance and CEO experience, Iyari shares how to build confidence, back your voice, and lead with purpose - even when things feel complex or uncertain. This keynote gives teams practical ways to strengthen their leadership presence, set boundaries, create momentum, and influence others through genuine connection rather than authority.

  • A simple, people-first look at innovation, digitisation and the tools shaping the way we work.

Using real examples from her work in automation and digital transformation, Iyari reframes innovation as a human process - not a technical one. She explores how small changes can improve workflows, reduce combative workloads, and make everyday tasks easier. Audiences learn how to experiment safely, adapt to new tools without fear, and create a culture where capability uplift ensures no one is left behind as technology evolves, moving far beyond financial benefits to genuine organisational progress.

  • Practical steps to build fair, psychologically safe and genuinely collaborative teams.

Iyari speaks honestly about the realities of workplace pressure, inequity and operational challenges. She provides clear, practical strategies for improving communication, reducing friction, and building environments where people feel heard and supported. Audiences walk away with simple actions to strengthen teamwork, improve wellbeing, and create workplaces where everyone can do their best work - not just keep up.

Iyari brought a perfect mix of warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm to the stage, that set an engaging tone for the evening. Her deep understanding of the technology and innovation landscape made her the perfect host, she connected naturally with our audience, award recipients, and speakers, and ensured every part of the program flowed seamlessly. She managed the timing, transitions, and energy of the event with precision and calm confidence, keeping everything running smoothly while maintaining a vibrant, celebratory atmosphere. Iyari’s presence elevated the experience for everyone involved, and I’d highly recommend her as an MC or speaker for any event looking to combine professionalism, authenticity, and connection.”
